This short evaluation includes a GAIT Analysis and Postural Assessment where the therapist will watch you stand and walk and actually show you where you may be experiencing aches and pains. There is also a consultation about what you like and look for in massage and bodywork. Your therapist will then come up with a plan for therapeutic benefit and comfort for you. (fee can be applied to future session)

We use an upbeat rhythm and music, sports lotion, soothing hot towels, assisted stretches and an aromatherapy foot massage to get you ready to take on the world.

Massage during a normal, healthy, pregnancy can be a God-send. Swedish massage with no heat and an extra bit of deeper work on the low back to help you keep going until the very best day of all! For second and third trimester healthy pregnancies or with your doctors approval. Prenatal Massage is performed on a bodycushion or side-lying with pillows. Unscented massage cream and optional lavender aromatherapy is also used.

Polished Basalt Rocks are heated to 250 degrees to melt with our organic mimosa champagne massage oil and create a warm deep soothing massage that is our most relaxing yet. The oil even dries to a powder which makes this massage the best lunch time work escape.
